Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for Taleem Community Center's 1st Annual Bazaar.
In Addition to completing the application form below, please read and familiarize yourself with the following guidelines for participation in the Night Market.
We look forward to having you join us for a successful festival. If you have any questions or concerns, please direct them to our event organizers, SkyLit Designs, LLC.
SkyLit Designs, LLC., our event manager, will be coordinating with vendors on all applicable logistics and details to ensure everyone has a successful and safe night.
Here's what to expect when applying to be a vendor:
1) Once you submit your application, you will be emailed a link to schedule a meeting with our event manager who will work with you on ensuring your needs are met and handle any questions you may have.
2) After the meeting, you will be sent over some documents and link to pay all applicable fees to secure your spot at the Bazaar.
3) Now you're ready to prepare your booth for the Night Market!
$30: Vendor Fee
$10: Late Application Fee
$15: Reserve additional booth space
$15: Stage Use Fee
Power will not be provided for every booth but will be available upon prior discussion, approval, and payment.
There will be a stage at the Night Market for performances at the end of the event. Taleem Community Center will provide an opportunity for vendors to showcase your products and services. If you are interested, please contact adem@skylitdesign.com for more info.
All booths are 8' wide and 10' long. Vendors will need to provide their own covers, tables, and chairs.
